Bellies and Babies / Parent-Tot Drop-In
Child Care Resource and Referral
Stop by our child friendly office — there is a play area for the children — and find out how the Child Care Resource and Referral Program can support you. Supported Child Development Program
Supported Child Development event and Child Care Resource and Referrals presents Coaching Caregivers, hosted by world-renowned therapist and teacher, Kim Barthel. This two-day workshop focuses on essential coaching skills for effective communication with caregivers and building alliances with non-professionals who play a significant role in children's lives.
WHEN: August 12-13, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
WHERE: Seaside Centre - 5790 Teredo St, Sechelt.

Sunshine Coast Food Bank & Food Security Programs
Food is distributed to our customers on Wednesdays from 10:00 am - 5:30 pm. Will it be your first time accessing the Food Bank? Check here for details on what to bring for your first visit. For more information call 604-885-5881 ext. 240 or email scfoodbank@sccss.ca.

Arrowhead Clubhouse is a place where people living with mental illness can come to learn skills, get support and build relationships in a safe, stigma-free environment.
OPEN: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 3.30 pm
CLOSED: Saturday and Sunday
Additionally, we are able to offer support to our members by phone 604-865-0471, by e-mail fhatton@sccss.ca, and via our Arrowhead Reception Facebook page - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
Community Services Thrift Store
At the Community Services Thrift Store, you can find all sorts of gems! We are a social enterprise and not-for-profit and operate with the dedication of volunteers. Every dollar at our Thrift store goes directly toward supporting SCCSS programs and participants.
WHEN: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Closed Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and holidays WHERE: 731 North Road, Gibsons.Youth Programs
The Youth Outreach program works to increase youth safety by connecting and referring youth to local resources, focusing on risk reduction and providing the community with a broader understanding of youth issues.
Gender Diverse Network (GDN)
The Gender Diverse Network (GDN) is a monthly peer-led drop-in for those who identify or question whether they fall within the gender-diverse spectrum (transgender, nonbinary, genderqueer, etc.). The GDN is a multi-generational group open to people aged 16+ to connect with others, give and share information, and seek support. Free dinner is always served.
WHEN: Second Thursday of every month, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Queer Youth Drop-In
The Queer Youth Drop-In is a monthly drop-in for LGBTQ2IA+ youth aged 12-23 to connect with their community, eat some good food, engage in fun activities (crafts, film nights and button-making, anyone?), and make this space their own.
