WCPG Donates $30,000 to Support Affordable Housing
We are delighted to announce a significant contribution to our 50 Women for SCCSS campaign as we work towards closing the funding gap for the Building Together project.
On-site at the future home of this transformative initiative, SCCSS Executive Director Catherine Leach and Program Manager Carey Rumba accepted a generous $30,000 donation from Jim Ferrie, Chief Operating Officer of WCPG, and David Steele, Chief Executive Officer of WCPG.
As our construction management partners, WCPG is not only overseeing the development of this critical community infrastructure but is also deeply committed to its success. The Building Together project will provide 35 units of affordable housing for women and children, along with a new community services hub for the Sunshine Coast.
David Steele, CEO of WCPG, expressed the company’s dedication:
"We are deeply honored to contribute to a project that will make such a profound difference in the lives of women and children on the Sunshine Coast. Being part of building not just a structure, but a future filled with hope and opportunity, is incredibly meaningful to all of us at WCPG."
We extend our heartfelt thanks to WCPG for their outstanding support and commitment to building brighter futures.
