Sunshine Coast Community Services Society is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for two critical system upgrades:
- Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Finance & Accounting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System
As one of the largest non-profits on the Sunshine Coast, SCCSS provides essential services to the community, supporting families, youth, seniors, and individuals through more than 30 programs. To enhance operational efficiency and service delivery, we are replacing our current systems with modern, cloud-based solutions.
HRIS RFP Highlights
- Comprehensive HR management, including recruitment, payroll, and benefits
- Integration with our new ERP and benefits provider (Desjardins)
- Employee self-service portals and automated workflows
Finance ERP RFP Highlights
- Replacing our outdated Sage300 system with a scalable, cloud-based ERP
- Improved financial management, reporting, and automation
- Seamless integration with HR, payroll, and donation management systems
