Welcoming Baby

The early days with your newborn can be both exciting and overwhelming. Join us for the Welcoming Baby class, where we discuss essential topics to support you through the first stages of parenthood. This session is ideal for expecting families, and support persons are welcome to attend.

Topics Include:

• Postpartum care for mother and family
• Early days of breast/chest or bottle feeding
• Baby care (diapering, bathing, umbilical cord care)
• Postpartum depression vs Baby blues
• Sleep

Expecting families, and support persons are welcome.

Where:
Community Centre, 700 Park Road, Gibsons, BC

When:
Tuesday, from 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM
