Provides safety and support for those impacted by all forms of violence and trauma. We help our clients rebuild their lives and establish positive connections in the community by offering shelter, counselling, advocacy, assistance with the justice system and non-judgmental emotional and practical support.
The Food Bank, Volunteer and Visitor Information Centre, Welcoming Communities and our Better at Home seniors program all work with people to help people – nurturing connections, linking to resources, and building the support that enables our community to thrive.
Family-centered, inclusive programs promote active participation, providing pregnant women, parents, caregivers and children with support to ensure all children have a good start in life. Includes prevention, intervention and support for children with a developmental delay or diagnosed disability.
